The new Argosy desk has been assembled and installed. It’s made working in the studio a much more enjoyable experience. However, the assembly was pretty intense. I doubt I’ll ever assemble another piece of furniture as elaborate as this console desk… but damn does it look awesome.

Ball State Recording with Apsara

David Letterman Studios @ Ball State University
One of the advantages that comes with attending Ball State University is the fact that I get to take advantage of the studio facilities of the David Letterman Building’s studios. This last semester I worked with a team composed of five individuals (myself included) to record a 5-song demo for a band of our choosing. The band we chose was “Apsara” with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with beforehand.
Each of the team members was responsible for one of the five tracks to be recorded. I was assigned a song titled “Boredom Breeds Chaos” which also happens to be the title of the Demo EP. I spent my sweet-ass time crafting my assigned song to the liking of Apsara in addition to the standards set by professor Stan Sollars.
The file below is my final 44.1 – 24 bit Pro Tools bounce in WAV format.

Apsara at Reber Recording
A while back I recorded a live demo of the song “What is True” for the band Apsara at my Reber Recording facility. The demo session was video-taped and synced for submission to the Verizon Wireless Music Center booking department. The band was nice enough to send me a copy of their submission video so that I could share it with everyone.
Woodlands – Black Friday Sessions
My friend Arrah and her band, Woodlands, were kind enough to come into my studio to perform an exclusive live set so that I could record it and share the tunes. The recording took place in the early morning hours of Black Friday, 2009. Good times, good tunes, and a gigantic bag of Doritos.

The Bears of Blue River @ VGR
Fresh off of the ol’ hard drive I’ve finished mixing and uploading a live set by The Bears of Blue River from 03.24.2010 @ Village Green Records in Muncie, Indiana.
Although the band has its roots in Muncie, they are currently making a name for themselves in Chicago, IL.
Anyway, enough with the time wasting… You can download the entire 12-song set by clicking here.
Greetings Earth People!
Hello internet people! I hope you have found this website in good health and high spirits. This site is going to serve as my online resume and portfolio for anyone interested in hiring me to do production-related tasks.
I’ll write a bit more later. This will do for now.
I am currently attending Ball State University and am pursuing a BA in Telecommunications with a focus on Audio Production. Basically, I am going to school to learn how to capture sounds to a multitude of physical mediums.
